5. Do you provide any material?
All learning material is provided to our students. Our dedicated team of highly trained teachers is continuously researching and updating our teaching content and materials for the best benefit of our students.
6. How are your classes structured?
Please go through our detailed ACT daily plan above. Everyday a 45 minutes topical and vocabulary test will be administered.
If a student scores less than 80% marks, he will write another test in the afternoon/morning session.
7. Who teaches my child?
The batch classes are taught by Ms. Richa Mahajan in conjunction with 2 of our highly trained ACT teachers.
8. I do not like to study in a batch. I am more comfortable with 1-1 teaching. Do you have any option for me?
Yes, definitely, we know that many of our students would like to opt for 1-1 teaching. We are flexible and offer 1-1 ACT classes for you.
Our 1-1 classes are taught by our highly trained teachers and are held under Ms. Richa Mahajan’s supervision.
9. What is the structure of the 1-1 class?
We follow the same structure as our batch class. Though, it may be customized according to the individual needs.
10. I am aiming for a top university. What is your advice for me?
We understand your requirements fully and cater to your specific needs accordingly.
We have designed a Hybrid Course especially for you.
The best way forward for you would be to attend our batch classes and then book a few customized 1-1 classes to work on your individual requirements.
11. My child cannot spend 2 hours for class. He would like to come only to get the paper corrected and discuss the doubts. Is there any option?
We understand different requirements and have you covered with our express slots.
Our express slots are charged in multiples of 15 minutes only. A nominal admin and material fee is administered.
Please contact Ms. Richa Mahajan for the tuition fee.
Please note that we do not have any provision for providing the mark schemes for correction at home as these are not beneficial for the child.
12. What do you do when my child is not satisfied with the Centre and wants to discontinue?
Our refund policy is in your favour.
Each child is personally monitored and our best efforts are invested to ensure that he/she benefits from the class. However, if at any point of time your child is not satisfied with us, please message us. Your available credit will be refunded in 24 hours, no questions asked.
Some tuition centres provide free trial classes before enrolling. We believe that even after enrolling, the student should be eligible for a refund in case of dissatisfaction. We stand by that belief. While we offer no trial classes, you may request a refund at any time at all. We will gracefully comply. Our refund policy is also explained on the receipt you will receive at the time of payment.
Should you feel inclined to re-enroll at USOL, we will gladly accept the student back into the program.
13. Is your refund policy one sided?
In the interest of fairness, we may also refund a received payment in the following scenarios:
- We are not comfortable with a student/parent’s demands.
- Excessive use of mobile phones by the student during class hours.
- In case of disciplinary violations.
- A student only collects material and does not bring it to class for corrections or discussion.
In such cases, we reserve the right to refund the balance fee.
